- Are your products vegan?

Most formulations are vegan or vegan-friendly. Where animal-derived ingredients are used (for example, honey or certain collagen materials in specific products), this is clearly stated. We prioritise ethical sourcing and plant or biotech alternatives wherever possible.

- Are you cruelty-free?

Yes absolutely. Finished products and raw materials are not tested on animals.

- Do you use preservatives?

Yes — where needed for safety and stability.

Water-based skincare requires preservation to prevent bacterial and fungal growth. We use carefully selected, cosmetic-grade preservative systems at safe and effective levels to ensure product safety throughout shelf life.

Preservative Efficacy Testing (PET), also called Challenge Testing, is a regulatory safety requirement for most water-based cosmetic products. This testing confirms that the preservative system can protect the formula from microbial contamination during normal consumer use. PET testing is a legal and safety requirement under cosmetic regulations and forms part of responsible product development.
